I dunno... at first I thought this probably won't b good at all... but I will most definately b seeing this movie! DBZ is a great classic, for me its one of the first anime and manga I've read, next to Gundam Wing and Escaflowne... for me its a chance to revisit the old times in a new way... a live film, why not!I am exited for this, I hear it was supposed to come out this year but they changed it to next year... bummer 🙁Just so some ppl who don't know this know the movie is about the end of the Picolo arc in dragonball... actually the movie is called Dragonball... I dont think Cell or Frieza will b mentioned 🤣 1r4l3s

It's interesting to see how they're going to translate DBZ into live action movie and personally i'm a bit sceptical with the idea. DBZ was an action pack manga series with lots and lots of interesting character as such a live action of such manga, i think it would be extremely difficult to be converted into a live action without sacrificing the quality of the manga or anime for that matter.
Anyway, all DBZ fans will be anticipatin' the movie for sure and i think the succes is pretty much guarantee considering the large fanbase of the manga series. I just hope the movie stays true to the manga in term of characters design, personality, location and everything 🙂 .

its called "Dragon Ball" so ima lil disappointed cuz idk if its gonna cover DBZ cuz i wanna see Cell and Teen Gohan fight. ima DBZ fan and it was my very first anime i watched....i watched the anime and didnt read the manga and cuz i finished the anime and kno wat really happens, i dont really feel like readin the manga...but i read try readin it...didnt like it and its not cuz it was bad or anything...its jus tht i watched the anime and saw the fights and attacks movin u kno...anyways i hope its a good movie

hehe... the pictures from what I've seen look pretty funny. John Masters as picolo espicially sounds pretty hilarious, he was spike in Buffy after all.
I think I'll see it just for a laugh (even if thats not it's intention 😀 ) .
It's kinda dissapointing coz they're not gonna make the huge spicky hair of goku.. 😢

Only way for this movie to be any good is if everyone does some kind of drug before the movie.
it saddens me, along with the other ones. Deathnote, Akira, Cowboy Bebop, Battle Royal, Blood Plus, Tekken, and I've heard rumors of a Ghost in the Shell movie also 😐

I looked it up. It's DB, not DBZ, as you can tell because there's no Gohan. I can't imagine those actors playing the anime characters, nor do I recognize most of the actors anyways. But Emmy Rossum doesn't seem like a good Bulma to me, after watching Phantom of the Opera

It won't cover DBZ from I've seen. And why would you want the Cell saga as the first? It would really cripple more movie opportunities.

i was nervous at first it was big & long & went straight up i had to try it i eased onto it & liked it! i went up & down on it.... i love escalators now! 😀

ya i heard about that movie a while ago from my friends (who amazingly didn't even know what anime or manga was and they just watched the shows when they came on tv when they had been translated o.o)
they were totally excited about it which caught me off gaurd XD

thats what i was hoping for too and im pretty sure thats what my friends thought it was about xD (they only know about DBZ... they don't know its a sequel -.-')
