I put this on my hold list for like maybe 5 years, becuse i just couldn't read it....so i decided to go back and see if i could read it now and while i did finish it I see exactly why i put on hold for 5 years...it's horrible. Like everyone says it is just porn but like some of the semes or just the worst and the amature porn style is also the worst.

But If all you want is smut and story lines that just make no sense then this is the book for you.

As expected of sensei, another very hilarious, comedic work.
You can tell she loves to draw flaccid dicks, bare butts and men in extremely revealing and embarrassing gay poses!
Gotta love how like every one of her semes has an overly hilarious, naked entrance!
One could also get the feeling that sensei just wants an excuse to draw some of the most ridiculous sex positions and things that people wouldn't really do in serious mangas.... haha.
Her characters have no morals, no self esteem and they aren't ever actually mad or sad!
They can be bleeding and dying and they'd still bone!
They fall in love by having sex right after meeting in the most awkward ways!
And everyone's pants just seem to always go missing or tear!
That, or the clothes they wear are too short and you end up seeing their good hanging out on the bottom...
I find her works very funny and entertaining and the smut is very frequent and even though I can't see it as "seriously hot" it's still fun!

On a side note: The comment by someone else saying "Yaoi is SUPPOSED to have no plot or story line" is not something I agree with though. Why should it? Yaoi doesn't equal porn, some yaoi just happens to be on the porn side. But really there's plenty of AMAZINGLY good plots in yaoi manga out there.

Omigosh ! I reaaa~aally Like The oneshot Who Is totally Obsessed w/ his lover ! <3 Kyaa!

Oh ! and The Onsen Tarzan Too.. Pretty Comedyish 😛 P
Some of the other oneshots were ... Really wierd... For short it's kinda Unexpected.
And Not Too common For the yaoi mangas I've read before..

This tankobon surprised me after reading Guren-sensei's other 2006 release first, Oshioki Gakuen. While that one was simply annoying, this one has better control over the comedy and improved delivery style.

Bright clear prints, uncluttered, crisp dark-lined art and ridiculous stories all add up to make a light-hearted romp of a sexy and silly yaoi!

This one was fun--it never promised anything more than smut--but it held onto my attention because it was so fast paced and likeable.

At least chapter two is. I started smiling on page 1 and started laughing on page 5 and all the rest of the way through. I had to stop reading because I was laughing so hard.
Chapter one was fun, cute pwp. Someone complained about the uke having sex with a bleeding man, maybe I missed it, but if you read it to the end, you may agree that it was just a nice smex story.
Chapter three was a howl. I love the beetle.

The depressing part is it is too funny, in the first chapters anyway, I laughed through the sex scenes.

SMUT, SMUT, AND MORE SMUT! Yaoi is SUPPOSED to have no plot or storyline. The sex, I guess, makes up for the missing plot, which is fine by me, lol.

There's no plot in this manga and the story was very screwy. I didn't enjoy it cause some chapter was too odd. Like 1st chp, guy with appearance like tarzan, try to help a guy,who want to suicide, from bear's attack, and finally they're having sex while the tarzan bloody hurt. The other chp, a teacher f*** his student in front of other students (in the middle of class), just want to give him an extra lesson caused he can't answer the teacher's question. I think it's ridiculous. Well if you like smut things without considered about the plot, and like strange idea, maybe u will like this manga.

Overall, I like the comedy in it. It's refreshed my mind after i read some heavy drama and angst manga. ^^ Just cool your head with silly comedy for a while.

this was amazingly funny and hott! i love the combo of the two mixed in this story! each time i opened up a new chapter i couldn't wait for the surprise in there!!! this is one of the best Porn, Without Plots EVER!!! i really emjoyed it

Onsen Tarzan is basically a volume of smutty oneshots. There are comedic elements to all of them, but they are all very shallow. There is no real character depth, no storyline. It's pretty much just sex, and the sex isn't even that great. It takes the smuttiness too far.
