Probably came out after 1997 and before 2011, was licensed and completed in the USA for sure. 2t255t

The main cast had chinese elemental powers (wood, fire, earth, water, metal) and the female lead had metal. She would turn into a child if she used her powers. It was from around the same time as Yurara no Tsuki and I initially thought the author was the same, but it’s not. I a specific chapter where they were finding out what happened to a girl when female lead was in child form and she found the suspect was killed by a crossdressing man in a snuff film or something.

Fairly certain it was a a reverse harem supernatural mystery shoujo sort of deal, it was 100% for sure manga and not manhua or manhwa it was japanese. It was not smut future past ecchi any of that, and the target demogeaphic would have been 14 to 16 year old girls.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Bound Beauty by Mick Takeuchi. It was licensed for 3 volumes by Go Comi but never completed in the US.
