I am looking for what I believe to be a relatively recently released manga. It is a normal isekai premise, guy dies, reincarnates, but in this one hes a ghost with a very loose human form in a cave and an absorb skill of some kind. 2vd6e

I know this is not the one that has 18 chapters and is complete that has a similar premise, this one should be newer and have fewer chapters. The protagonist in the first couple chapters I saw barely had any identifiable characteristics and I think was mostly absorbing rats and stuff.

I'm guessing its not Spirit Migration but I'll mention it anyway.
